• Details:  This exquisite vintage porcelain figurine captures the elegance of 1950's craftsmanship. A graceful girl in a black and white gown holds a delicate basket, adorned with three hand-applied flowers in yellow, pink and blue.  We believe she is primarily a floral vase, however, we've also seen her advertised as a small scissors holder, teaspoon holder for a tea or garden party, and several others uses, she's perfectly suited for all.   This is a "Wales" Japan piece, it would have had a foil sticker, but those were typically removed when used.  Imported from Japan, this hand-painted piece is a timeless addition to any curated home collection, perfect for display filled with flowers, on shelves, mantels, or as a cherished collectible.

• Condition:  Vintage - Used.  Excellent Vintage Condition.  We could find no issues.  There is no crazing, no chips, cracks or color loss, all fingers intact.  All as acceptable due to age/use/wear.  Please review all pictures and make sure you love this item before purchasing, we can't accept returns.  Please remember these are ANTIQUE and VINTAGE items, they are NOT new, every effort has been made to show any scratches, wear and tear and imperfections.   

When researching trademarks, we found: "Wales" with crown trademark first used in 1950 by New York Merchandise Co., 32 W. 23RD ST. New York. Trademark last renewed in 1975. Wales appears to be an importer rather than the actual manufacturer. The merchandise was sourced from various unnamed manufacturers located in Japan.
